Jennifer P. Sibley, J.D., CFP®, received her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Ms. Sibley earned a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning at Texas Tech University and a B.A. cum laude from the University of Mississippi. Ms. Sibley is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law and is also a Certified Financial Planner. She has been named a “Texas Super Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters (2023). Ms. Sibley focuses her practice on both the tax and non-tax aspects of estate planning and assists clients with the drafting and implementation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Her practice also includes estate administration, marital property agreements, asset protection, formation of business entities, and charitable planning.
