We are a Texas-based firm of over 30 attorneys.
The Blum Firm is one of the largest groups of estate planning attorneys in the U.S. We specialize in estate and tax planning and the related specialties of asset protection, business planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, family legacy planning, fiduciary litigation, guardianships, and estate administration. As a specialty firm, we strive to provide the ideal environment to advise high net-worth families, professionals, and businesses.
Our history
We began with a single office in Fort Worth.
Marvin Blum founded The Blum Firm in Fort Worth in 1980 with a goal of creating a specialty estate planning and tax firm. His mission was to create a unique firm where estate planning was not a “one and done” transaction, but rather a relationship focused on individualized planning—a firm where we listen, we care, and we create a thoughtful plan for your family. More than 40 years later, as the firm continues to grow, we remain committed to a caring culture, superior legal work and service, and fostering lasting relationships with our clients.
