Frank L. Leffingwell

Frank L. Leffingwell, J.D., LL.M., received his LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern University. Mr. Leffingwell counsels clients in a wide range of tax and estate planning matters including complex estate and gift planning, business succession planning, complex entity formation, conversion and recapitalization planning, and planning for charitable organizations and private foundations. He provides high quality legal analysis coupled with practical judgment and proactively identifies issues and potential roadblocks in order to provide timely solutions.
