David C. Bakutis, J.D., Partner, received his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law graduating cum laude and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, Connecticut. Mr. Bakutis is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. He was a shareholder of Bakutis, McCully & Sawyer, P.C. for twenty years.
